RETURNS

We have a 14 day returns policy. If items aren't returned before 14 days we are unable to offer any sort of refund.

The item must be unworn & in original packaging where possible. 

The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs to return items.

Proof of postage must be kept in case required.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items & Personalised items can not be returned.

REFUNDS

Any refunds will be credited to the original payment method and you will recieve email confirmation.

DELIVERIES

All non-personalised orders will be sent out within 3-5 working days.

Personalised items have a longer despatch time of 7-15 days maximum + 2-3 day postage. This is to cover myself during busier times & give me time to embroider your beautiful items.

I will always aim to get them sent out to you a lot faster than this.
